The relentless hours given on a daily basis by front-line NHS Heroes have made me realise how lucky I am to have been able to spend so much additional time with my wife and daughters, something which has been very special for me personally.
This additional time has however provided me the opportunity to reflect on the selfless efforts you give when the nation needs you the most, something which is truly humbling and something which we’d like to acknowledge as a business.
As a small token of our appreciation we’ve decided to give away 1000 FREE ‘Thankyou Smiles’ to local NHS Heroes who register at the clinic during 2020, completely obligation free.
Our ‘Thankyou Smiles’ offer includes a FREE dental health check-up with a GDC registered dentist, a minimum of 2 FREE dental hygienist appointments, and a FREE Boutique Whitening treatment. We would love to be able to offer this to all NHS Heores but in order to allow us to cope with demand have had to limit registrations to the first 1000 eligible patients, so register early to avoid disappointment.

‘Thankyou Smiles’ Terms & Conditions
- These terms and conditions set out the agreement between ‘the clinic’ (Newcastle Dental & Implant Clinic, 65 George Street, Newcastle-Under-Lyme, ST5 1JT) and ‘the applicant’ as part of the ‘Thankyou Smiles’ campaign, also referred to as ‘the offer’.
- This offer is open to the first 1000 eligible NHS employees working within a 15-mile radius of the clinic only and upon the personal discretion of the clinic owners. All applicants will be assessed for their eligibility upon registration for the offer.
- The applicant will be required to present a valid form of identity proving them to be an NHS employee in order to be deemed eligible to receive this offer.
- Applicants for this offer must be over 18 years of age.
- The offer will include a minimum of one free dental health check-up by a GDC registered dentist, a minimum of two free dental hygienist appointments, and a free Boutique Whitening teeth whitening treatment upon completion of the first dental health check-up.
- The total number of dental health check-ups and dental hygienist visits will be assessed on a case by case basis.
- This offer is being run by the clinic and will become available when deemed appropriate by regulatory authorities. Applicants details will be registered immediately on completion of the application process either by using the form on the clinic website or via the telephone with a member of the clinic staff. Once registered, the applicant will be contacted by the clinic when the clinic is able to offer appointments for examinations.
- The treatments offered are not transferable and no cash alternative is available. Any further treatment requested by the patient will be eligible for 20% discount from the clinics standard fees during the period defined.
- The clinic reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions, the conduct, results and any other matters relating to this offer, the decision of the clinic shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. - The clinic reserves the right to refuse to carry out any treatment if the patient in question is deemed to be clinically unsuitable following their initial dental health check-up.
- By taking this offer, the applicant agrees to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about and for the purposes outlined in these terms and conditions.
- The clinic accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of accepting the offer.
- The clinic further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or uploading any materials in connection with the offer.
- The clinic reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this offer with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its reasonable control. The decision of the clinic in all matters relating to the offer is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered.
- The clinic shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations relating to this offer where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, unforeseen accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
- If you are treated, the clinic may ask you to participate in promotional marketing activities including the use of photography.
- These may be used across various media, including but not limited to the following; social media (including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), website, promotional video, appearance in local newspapers, radio or TV.
- By applying for the offer, the applicant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- The offer and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
