Same-Day Dental Implants

A Dental Implant is a Titanium screw that replaces the root of your own natural tooth. With this highly skilled technique, 4-6 implants are placed, on top of which a full arch bridge is anchored to restore an entire arch of teeth.

This technique provides a life-changing transformation and eliminates the need for removable dentures, restoring confidence and function.

Same Day Teeth ‘All-on-4’

Full Arch Teeth Replacement

Dental Implants can offer life-changing results and can be a complicated or daunting process for patients to understand. At Newcastle Dental & Implant Clinic we aspire to make your experience as positive and informative as possible without being overwhelming. Our treatment coordinator is on hand as your personal point of call throughout your journey with us and can answer questions big or small in order to provide you with the confidence required to achieve the smile you deserve.

Here at Newcastle Dental & Implant Clinic, we have successfully developed a workflow to offer this life-changing treatment in just one day which we refer to as Same Day Teeth.

Same Day Teeth/All On Four concept uses 4-6 implants, depending on a patient’s individual needs to replace all of the upper and/or lower teeth to which is a fixed bridge is anchored onto the implants. This treatment is particularly popular with patients who may currently have a denture that they dislike and struggle to tolerate or who may require the removal of their remaining teeth.

Our highly skilled team is delighted to be able to deliver this unique life-changing treatment to our patients and be part of their transformation achieving results they thought impossible.

We’ve broken down the process of attaining the Same Day Teeth/All on Four treatment into four easy steps.

Your tailor-made dental implant consultation

A tailor-made Implant consultation is carried out giving us the opportunity to meet you and discuss your dental concerns.

During this assessment, our highly trained team may take 2D and 3D radiographs to help us assess your suitability for Implant treatment. Once this assessment has been
completed, we can discuss your requirements in order to compile your implant journey. We understand this can be a lot of information to take in and so we outline this on a tailor-made treatment plan so are able to see the required appointments and financial investment involved.

Your same day teeth journey begins

On proceeding with your implant journey, the initial step will be the gentle removal of any remaining teeth (if required) and the placement of your dental implants.

At the same appointment recordings of your mouth are taken for the construction of your tailor-made full arch bridge.

This bridge is then created in our on-site laboratory by our highly skilled technicians.

By the end of this appointment, the bridge is fixed onto the implants providing you with your ‘Same Day Teeth’ fixed life-changing smile.

Preparing for your new teeth

After receiving your implants and temporary bridge, it’s important to maintain good oral hygiene to promote a healthy smile and allow the implants to heal. This process typically takes 3 months.

Your temporary bridge will act as a sample of how your final teeth will look, but will also record information and further diagnostics as you live with it. This will tell our Dentists and Technicians how you are adjusting to your new teeth and smile and allows us to further examine any possible alterations that may be needed for your final bridge in 3 months time.

Start to smile again with your newly restored dream smile

Following the 3 month healing period the construction of your definitive bridge will begin and the required modifications can be made to suit your cosmetic and functional requirements providing you with the smile you deserve.

Once the bridge is fitted in place it is important to remember newly restored teeth still require love and attention and so it is important to visit our hygienist regularly and to also have a yearly Implant review to ensure Implant health is maintained.

We will also give you all the best tips and after-care information to ensure you have the best home care routine to look after your Implant effectively.
